SOLAR STAGE
Two stages powered by renewable energy.
• SLR Solar Stage, powered by the sun, will feature a series of experiential educational workshops, speakers, and panels discussions. Topics presented are tailored to the specific needs and interests of the host city.
• The RUNbus stage unfolds hydraulically off the side of a 40’ vegetable oil powered school bus. The stage, powered by a 10Kw biofuel generator, will feature live music from local and national touring bands, puppetry-theater, hip-hop and poetry slams, youth spoken word and performance, eco-fashion shows, and more.
• These stages create a focal point for SLR eco-villages and create a lasting impression of the feasibility of renewable energy and alternative fuels.
